Maybe I am wrong. But it appears people do not get a notification if they get new pms.

I believe there is a section for tech support i do not recall where it is to be exact

Suggestions are pretty much the tech support area lol. Also when you get a new Pm, the PM button on top will say NEW PM instead of PM. It will also show up as a notification on the top right. If it hasnt been showing up as a notification, please let me know.
